Crispy Tiny Pizzas. Delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • Flour - 1,5 cups

  • Yeast - 3 tsp

  • Milk - 1/2 cup

  • Salt - 1/4 tsp

  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp

  • Italian Spices

     **For sauce**

  • Tomato Paste - 3 tbsp

  • Sour Cream - 2 tbsp

  • Garlic - 3 cloves

  • Whatever you wish to have in your pizza!

In this I've used: salami, mushrooms, cauliflower, onion, cheese, tomatoes and fresh herbs.

  • Warm the milk up a little bit. Make sure it's not hot, just warm. Combine it with yeast, salt, sugar and spices.

  • Mix it until the milk gets a color of yeast and start adding flour little by little and made a dough. Massage it well and place it in a warm place so the dough could grow for 30 minutes.

  • Making sauce. Mix 3 tbsp of tomato paste with 2 tbsp of sour cream and 3 squeezed garlic cloves. May also add some more of Italian spices. Now it's ready for use.

  • Prepare all other ingredients that you want to have in your pizza.

  • Take your dough and roll it out. Cut it into the pieces as you wish. (if you are making little pizzas, if you want just 1 big piece of pizza - don't divide it). Form pizza edges that will keep all of the stuffing inside of the break plate.

  • Place it on a baking tray and grease your pizzas with a sauce we've made before. Then fill them with whatever you want. And bake it for 10-12 minutes at 180 C.

  • When pizza is done, you may add some fresh herbs on top of it. I think it tastes better with herbs. That's it. Enjoy!

bon appetit
