Getting Ready for Summer with Peanut Butter Cup Banana Foil Packets

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 Tbs natural peanut butter
  • 2 Tbs chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Peel one side of each banana.
  3. Using a butter knife, make a slice down each banana, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  4. Place 1 ½ tsp of peanut butter and 1 Tbs chocolate chips in each banana. Re-cover exposed banana side with peel and wrap entire banana in foil.
  5. Place banana foil packets, cut-side up, directly on the grill and let cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove packets from grill, unwrap, and dig in!

Notes Nutrition per banana packet: 200 calories, 6 g fat, 35 g carb, 4 g fiber, 19 g sugar, 4 g protein
