Got my hand on some fresh jalapeños which is kind of rare where I live (I can get them pickled anytime). What's your favorite thing to make with them? Even if it's pretty basic stuff (for salsa I am afraid tomatoes are out of season here and I don't know if I can make salsa with canned tomatoes)
