I've tried a few different ones I found online, but it never seems to turn out. Everything from an off taste, too bland or no taste but a weird "zing" after taste. I love ginger beer, and any restaurant with a "homemade ginger beer" always leaves me with a keen desire to make my own (but they never divulge their secrets!). Would appreciate some help on this!
