Grilled Salmon With Mango Salsa

Ingredients

2 lbs wild caught salmon fillets Sea salt and ground pepper to taste 1 Tbsp coconut oil

Mango Salsa Ingredients 1/3 cup mangoes, peeled and diced 2 Tbsp red onions, minced 2 Tbsp red bell peppers, minced 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, minced 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

Instructions

Combine the mango salsa ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.Heat coconut oil in large sauté pan over medium-low heat.

Season the salmon with sea salt and pepper and sear each side for 5 minutes or until cooked through and flakey.Divide salmon into 4 equal portions and plate. Top each with the mango salsa mixture.
