I've had trouble on Google finding a pitcher sized recipe. Last week at a restaurant we had amazing coconut mojitos I'd like to make for a BBQ tomorrow. The drinks were sweet, a little fizzy, and generally were pretty white which leads me to believe they probably used coconut milk in the recipe and not just coconut rum. Anyone have a good recipe?
