*request* Bought the Prime Day Instant Pot, Recipes for Fitness?

I've been getting back into the gym for a while and want an alternative to protein shakes or long cooking sessions. What are some examples of quick dishes that I can make with little/no effort in the pressure cooker that will still taste great? I'm talking chicken, rice, egg, and vegetables that don't require much active prep time (passive overnight and a lot of ingredients is fine).
