So my girlfriend got some portobello mushrooms that looked really nice at the market and now we're home wondering how exactly to prepare them. Ingredients that we have: olive oil, eggplant, onions, rice, egg, fusili pasta, tomatoes, broccolis...
Well we're willing to go to the market to get something else, but we would like to go with the things we have.
So do you guys have any suggestion?
