I'm making shortbread cookies and looking to spread out the tastes. I'm gonna make lemon rosemary, a classic shortbread, and was thinking about doing maybe a caramelized onion one, or a jalapeno cheddar one. I'd be down for doing something else with rosemary. Maybe something with cumin or roasted garlic or pickles or curry or something?
I'm making a big batch of dough, so i'm looking to experiment a ton! If there's interest, I'll post an update with photos and add ins!
