[Side] Really simple Peach Caprese Salad

I found this recipe to be an awesome combination of cheesy-ness and fruity-ness, and it was ridiculously simple. Hope you give it a try :)

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow peach, sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced into 1”-thick rounds
  • 1 Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup strawberries, diced or sliced thin
  • Optional: fresh or dried basil for garnish

*Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients by slicing you peaches, cheese, and strawberries.
  2. On a plate, alternate peach and cheese slices. Scatter with diced strawberries.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and garnish with basil (optional). Enjoy!
