I made slow cook pork, it's been cooking for over 12hours and is amazingly tender. Any recommendations on what to do with it? I was going to make carnitas but then I went down a different road by adding white wine, apricot ballast point, sage, bay leaf, butter and herbes de Provence. Doesn't work flavor wise for carnitas. I was thinking of a pork tourte with mushrooms and potatoes but I'm just winging it. Any ideas I should try out instead?
