I have tried and enjoyed the famous fish and chips, but other than that and yorkshire pudding I never really enjoyed English food. Or so I thought! I happened upon shepherd's pue and cottage pie and now pork pie. They were fantastic!
So I started to wonder, any other classic british cuisine that I should know about? I am mainly aiming for sustenance so cakes and pastry is not what I am looking for.
Most recipes online are for cakes and cookies and similarly sized stuff.
