First time slow cooking on my own (college student so my items are limited), adding pintos red beans and black eyed peas. I have sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, onions, diced tomatoes,kidney beans, black beans, onions, spinach, rice, and garlic. Not sure which spices I should add. I have turmeric, cumin, salt, pepper, cinnamon, pepper flakes, lots of cajun, montreal chicken seasoning, and "tandori blend". Any help appreciated. Thank You!
