I will be making my own dinners for the next three days. Yay! My grandmother always makes potatoes, gravy and some kind of meat.
This is my chance to make something different and healthy!
I dislike raw tomatoes and onions. And mushrooms.
Has to be quick, preparation and cooking time max 1 hour, if it is something i can reheat the other days, and max 30min if i have to prepare and cook every day.
Bonus points if it is something i can take with me to work for lunch also.
Any particular easy and quick recipes come to mind? What is your favorite go-to? :)
