Looking for a recipe for those street doughnuts that are melt in your mouth airy and has a bit of a crisp on the outside.

I've been missing these doughnuts you can get on the streets during events like carnivals or light shows.

They come in a clear paper bag and air extremely airy and just kinda melt in your mouth while also having a nice crunch on the outside. Normally served with cinnamon sugar or at least that's how I remember them.
