I made bacon for the first time last month and used this recipe. It was great, but a little sweet for my liking on bacon. I'm looking for a more traditional recipe - salt, pepper, and curing salt. Does anybody have a recipe to follow including measurements? Thanks!
I'm really looking for the traditional bacon taste you get from a store/restaurants (salt and a little pepper) but of course, with smoke flavor from smoking it... thanks!
