I'm going to make cioppino for the first time this weekend and I'm not 100% sure how exactly to go about it. I've looked up recipies online and they are all different so I wanted to see what some of you had to offer or say about it. Thanks!
P.S. Also if you have any good wine pairings for this, recommendations would be appreciated! (I'm not much of a wine guy so I'm not really sure what goes with what)
