Anyone with experience making salsa Verde?
I tried to make salsa verde today but it came out creamy. I didn't use any avocados.
I roasted jalepenos, tomatillos, onions, and some garlic and then blended it all with some of the roasted juice. I also added cilantro, lime juice. I used an immersion blender, and it came out creamy. I suspect it came out creamy because of the immersion blender? I'm not sure though. Any help? Advice? Thank you 💛
