A healthy drink alternative: Ayran

There is too much sugary, alcoholic and acidic drinks around. Mostly they aren't healthy and they are all the same. Especially in summer drinking coke is wearsome... that thing makes me even thirstier. Ayran is something completely different and all you need is yogurt, water and one teaspoon of salt. It is rich on vitamin D3, calcium, other minarals, some types of vitamin B and gut bacteria. It is very refreshing so here is the recipe.

2 cups of yogurt

4 cups of water

1 teaspoon of salt

Mix those in a mixer till the mixture is homogen. Drink when it is cold. Prepare it with cold water and yogurt or add ice to it. If you store it in fridge the yogurt is going to subside so you should mix it again.

It goes amazing with meatballs and some bread. Actually it goes good with almost everything except fish.
