Sweat & Spicy Korean Wing Sauce with Fried Ranch

So first time for me posting any of my videos on Reddit, so I hope I'm doing this right. That being said I was messing around and came up with this sweet and spicy wing sauce idea with a restaurant style based Ranch/House dressing.

Ingredients as follows for the wing sauce

8 Cloves of Garlic

2 Medium Shallots

3 Tablespoons of minced Ginger

1 Lime

3 Tablespoons of Korean Red Chili Flakes

1/3 Cup of Neutral Oil

3 Tablespoons of Apricot Preserves

3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce

3 Tablespoons of Mirin

3 Tablespoons of Gochujang

1 Tablespoon of Toasted Sesame seeds

1 Tablespoon of Sesame Oil (added off camera)

Ingredients as follows for the Fried Ranch

The fried leftovers of the onions, garlic & ginger.

1 Cup Sour cream

1 Cup Mayo

1/3 Cup Buttermilk

Zest & Juice of 1 Lime

1/2 Cup of loose leaf cilantro
