Food that is as delicious as mcdonald meal but much healthier with low calories

Hello, I am searching for good food with low calories. A mcdonalds meal 2 chicken burger with french fries and pepsi has 1600 calories, I want to substitute it with similar taste but much more healthier choice. Thanks!
