King Crab Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shelled king crab meat
  • 1/2 of a small, sweet onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 4 plain rolls or hot dog buns
  • hot sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Finely dice the onion
  • Zest the lemon and then cut it in half
  • In a large bowl, mix the onion, crab, and mayonnaise in a bowl
  • Add in lemon zest and squeeze lemon juice into the mixture
  • Season with a dash of hot sauce and a sprinkle of salt and pepper
  • Add the crab mixture to the rolls and serve immediately
