Ingredients
- 1 lb shelled king crab meat
- 1/2 of a small, sweet onion
- 1 lemon
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp celery seed
- 4 plain rolls or hot dog buns
- hot sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Finely dice the onion
- Zest the lemon and then cut it in half
- In a large bowl, mix the onion, crab, and mayonnaise in a bowl
- Add in lemon zest and squeeze lemon juice into the mixture
- Season with a dash of hot sauce and a sprinkle of salt and pepper
- Add the crab mixture to the rolls and serve immediately
