The texture of these rolls sounds amazing! stuffed with tuna salad You can read the full page here!

Ingredients

1 1/3 cup A.P flour. 1/2 Tablespoon dry yeast. 1/2 Tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon sugar. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 Tablespoon dry milk. 1/2 cup warm water. For the filling: you can use anything you like. I used a simple tuna salad made from canned tuna, lime juice, salt, green onion, bell pepper, parsley and tomato.

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Gradually mix in warm water, use your hand to mix together until formed. Transfer the dough to the counter and knead until sticky and well formed. Form the dough into a ball and place it in a bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap , and leave to proof in a warm place for 30-60 minutes or until it has doubled in size. Roll the dough on a floured surface to 2-3 mm thickness. Using a small bowl, cut out circles. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes. Heat the frying oil and fry until golden brown. Let it cool down a bit. Stuff with your favorite stuffing. Serve immediately. Enjoy!!

bon appetit
