Recipe calls for 2 Tbs of 70% vinegar essence.

The highest vinegar I found had 10% concentration.

How do I adjust my recipe? I don't imagine it's a simple "use 14 tbs" of 10%?

My grandpas on the hunt for the mystical perfect pickled cabbage he tried once. I think this is the recipe/ingredient he's been missing.
