Thanksgiving in July Recipe Suggestions?

Hey guys!

I'm planning my birthday party for this upcoming Sunday. The theme is Thanksgiving but I'm trying to think of some recipes that don't necessitate use of the oven for obvious reasons. What do y'all wonderful people think?
