[Request] Cream of Mushroom soup and pasta recipe that doesn't use tomatoes, potatoes or cheese

I've just been diagnosed with a Nightshade Intolerance and am trying to find new versions of my favourite recipes. Does anyone know any recipes that involve cream of mushroom soup and pasta? I can't eat tomatoes, potatoes or cheese anymore so it's hard to find something I can make.
