There is a Hispanic man that rolls around his cart every day and he sells these snow cones that taste so delicious! He puts ice in a cup and pours a light orange liquid into it and it's really sweet. Is it instant flan liquid or something I'm not sure, but he calls it vanilla and I haven't asked him yet. Does anyone have a clue what it is?
