I love this recipe!
Ingredients
- 10 fresh mushrooms
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup of chopped cabbage
- 1 tablespoon of chopped turnip
- 2fl.oz (60ml) of sour cream
- Salt
- Parsley for serving
Instructions
Clean and chop the mushrooms. Cut the carrot and turnip into thin strips. Mix the vegetables with the mushrooms, salt, and sour cream. Add the mixture to boiling water and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and let flavors continue to infuse for 12 minutes. Serving: Lay everything out on a dish. Pour a little broth over it, and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
