Looking to do tuna sashimi this weekend

My plan is to do a soy sauce marinade then coat in pepper and white sesame seeds. I thought I had black sesame too but they're poppy seeds. I'm serving with wasabe paste, ginger, and soy sauce. I'm searing a minute on each side in extra virgin olive oil. Does that sound about right? Is the no black sesame a deal breaker?
