Recently I discovered how awesome the selection of seafood at my local Asian market is. They have a huge selection of both fresh and frozen seafood. Seafood has always been a bit daunting to me and I've not really delved very far into cooking what I would call non-standard dishes (i.e. other than seared salmon). I'm looking for recipes that will give me an opportunity to really branch into this new area of cooking using both fresh and frozen ingredients. Any suggestions as to where to start? What dishes do you like? Can frozen squid be made into an awesome dish?
