RICE FLOUR CREPES

Ingredients:

Rice flour : 1/2 cup

chickpea flour : 1/4 cup

baking powder : 1/2 Tsp

Coconut Oil : 2 Tbs

salt : to taste

red chili powder : 1/2 Tsp

ground cumin: 1/4tsp

Garnish

BBQ sauce

Cherry tomatoes

Spring onions

Olives

Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients and stir in water and mix well.

Heat a lightly greased, nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into skillet and swirl to evenly distribute batter into a circle.Cook about 30 seconds per side until crepe begins to brown.

Flip and cook on other side for 30 seconds until crepe begins to Golden brown.

For serving spread BBQ sauce evenly on crepes and garnish with cherry tomatoes, olives and spring onion.

Beans Hard Bread Breaki


Kidney beans : 1/2 can

Avocado :1/2

Onion : 1/4cup chopped

Salt : to taste

Lemon juice : 1/2 of lemon

Blackpepper :1/4 Tsp

Instructions:

Wash and drain kidney beans.Mash beans and avocado.

Add chopped onions and season.

Spread on hard bread, bread or breakfast cracker. Garnish with tomatoes pickle , cilantro and serve.
