I’ve been on a cooking kick recently, and i remembered an old recipe a guest made for us in a cooking class. It was a really sweet salsa recipe with red onions, tomatoes, limes, ext.
However, being a while since i’ve graduated, i cant remember the recipe too well. What would typically be in a sweeter salsa? I realize most are sweet, but this kind was a lot better than anything i’ve ever bought out of a jar, but might have been just due to being hand prepped.
Any recipe links would be greatly applreciated, or any help at all. I’m not too big a fan of really hotter spicey food, so this kind was really fantastic to be thinking back.
