Looking for the closest Mie Tek Tek Kuah (spicy soup) recipe I ate at a restaurant

I just ate a really good Mie Tek Tek and I tried searching online for recipes, but it's really disorganized and there's a million recipes using different things that I'm not sure even closely resembles what I ate.

The not-too-spicy broth came with a copious amount of yellow ramen-like egg noodles, topped with shredded chicken, tomatoes, fried shallots, pickles and crunchy cabbage that I could detect.
