Low Carb, High Protein Pizza With Homemade Sauce

Ingredients

Pizza crust

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 8oz package cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese, brought to room temperature
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese – shredded or grated

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup sangria
  • 16 oz can tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
