I don't know how to cook these, and I could really use recipe suggestions

I've have 1lb of beef chuck shoulder steak (sliced thin) and 2.23 lbs of CR loin country style ribs sitting in my freezer, because I don't know what to do with them. Do you guys/gals have any suggestions for dinner recipes?
