Hi friends! I'm trying to get a bit more healthy and I got some stuff to make whey protein smoothies (I got both chocolate and vanilla whey protein powder). Unfortunately, I am allergic to tree nuts, so almonds/cashews/walnuts/etc are out of the question.
What are your favorite simple but healthy protein shake/smoothie recipes that you'd share with me so I can have a variety of different flavors?
