Lots of fresh eggs - so little time! What to make (and highlight these eggs)?

Hi folks! For the holidays, my uncle delivered three dozen eggs from his farm, and I already had a carton at home! These are fresh from some happy little chickens, and I was hoping to really highlight the eggs (i.e. use the yolk and the white, not toss half the egg). Any suggestions? My current thoughts are to make lemon curd and shakshuka.
