I am obsessed with spicy food. I recently came across some very spicy habanero-infused wine that is absolutely delicious. Well, to cook with at least, drinking it is... a little painful even for me.
The only thing I've really tried so far is using it with pasta, in a sort of spicy garlic butter sauce. It was incredible, but I'm hoping to branch out and find some more uses for it. Any suggestions?
