Hello all, I hope you can help me fix this recipe.
I followed a recipe online but it didn't work, so I kept adding things...
I ended up with:
130g oatmeal. 120g buckwheat flour. 350ml coconut milk. 400ml alpro soya yoghurt. Two bananas.
Unfortunately, the pancakes didn't 'cook' on the inside.
I'm not sure if I need to include even more flour? I don't eat eggs, hence the banana, which normally works well but this time, I must've gotten the measurements wrong.
