Had a really good side salad the other day and it was better than the main meal!
It was very simple, it was mozzarella cheese, lettuce, carrot and that was it - the carrots where grated but rather than being hard where really soft and it seemed that the whole dish had been marinated in vinegar
I really want to make it but I don’t know what was used - I assume it wasn’t just a marinade of vinegar so would anyone have any ideas
I know this is incredibly simple so apologies for the basic question! I guess really what marinade would you make that’s strongly vinegar based with just those ingredients?
