A silly request, I know. I find that the B&M and Bush's beans from the supermarket are either too sweet or too salty to make me want to eat more than a little bit of beans and franks. I don't want to soak beans and cook them myself since that's not really in my wheelhouse and I don't have lots of time. If I take a can of pre-cooked plain beans how hard is it to make my own 'sauce' that's just right in terms of sweet and salty? I was thinking maybe tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, and perhaps a shot of molasses but I'm not sure of the specifics and what spices I might need to add as well. Thanks!
