Leftover Filling for Pumpkin Ravioli

Left over filling for pumpkin ravioli

I made pumpkin ravioli last night and ended up with way too much filling. The mixture is mainly roasted pumpkin with a little ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, MSG, cayenne and nutmeg. It’s not super creamy or seasoned just a very earthy pumpkin flavor.

Any ideas what I can do with the leftovers?
