When I was a kid we used to go to a store which made vegan nutella and it was even better than the real one.
Now that I try to recreate it, I fail misserably. One reason being the texture is too rough, the second being, its too bitter.
Does anyone know a recipe that is close to perfect? Also I don't mind buying the right equipment to make it smooth as long as I know what the right equipment is. Thanks.
