I'll be in London for 3 months soon for a study abroad trip. I'm trying to plan ahead so I don't end up visiting the nearest Subway multiple times a day and emptying my wallet by the first couple weeks. Being a college student, I'm looking to save as much money as possible while still eating right. So, I don't mind eating the same stuff every day as long as it's cheap, healthy, and relatively easy to make. As a side note, I'm not the pickiest eater out there. The most important thing is that it's a healthy meal. I'm also not vegan, vegetarian, etc. Do you guys have any recipe suggestions?
