[Question] What to do with thinly sliced beef?

I ended up with a few packages of "Chinese Fondue Beef".

Aside from the obvious (Chinese Fondue / cheesesteaks)... What are some good ideas of what to do with these? I made some fantastic Bistek Tagalog with it last week and was hoping for some more ideas.
