[Request] Trying to recreate a dish I ate at a tapas bar: Pollo a la naranja. (Picture inside)

It had a pretty different taste than the Asian takeout Orange Chicken. Also note that the sauce is yellow, rather than orange. It was pretty sweet but still had a tang to it. There's definitely no ginger in there.

The chicken also wasn't browned, I think it was cooked in the sauce. It still tasted flavorful and juicy though.

Any ideas on how to recreate this? Thanks a lot
