Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken ! Healthy and very yummy :)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lettuce
  • about 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1/4 fresh baguette
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1tsp mustard
  • 30g parmesan cheese
  • 1tsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 1/2 lemon

Tools:

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Mixer
  • Grill Pan
  • Cutting board
  • Knife
  • Fork
  • Citrus squeezer
  • Ramekin or small cup

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the Caesar Sauce

  1. Boil 1 egg for just one minute
  2. In a mixer, add boiled egg(clean), 1/2 squeezed lemon juice, 1 garlic clove, 1tsp mustard, 30g parmesan cheese and mix everything.

Step 2: Prepare the Croutons for Caesar Salad

  1. Cut 1/4 fresh baguette up to the croutons.
  2. Add 1 garlic clove
  3. Add a little bit of olive oil for the croutons
  4. Bake the croutons 8-10 minutes in preheated oven 180 celsius degrees.

Step 3: Prepare the Grilled Chicken Breast

  1. On a small plate put the chicken breast and add a bit salt, pepper and olive oil on both sides.
  2. Put the chicken breast on grill pan using medium heat
  3. Don’t forget to grill both sides

Step 4: Arrange the salad

  1. In a large mixing bowl cut and mix lettuce, cherry tomatoes and a bit of caesar sauce
  2. Take 2 plates and split the mixing
  3. Add grilled chicken breast to each plate in a free form
  4. Add croutons to each plate
  5. Add caesar sauce
  6. Add parmesan cheese
