Simple Flapjack Recipe

Title: Simple Flapjacks

Yield: 12 Servings

Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 250 g Porridge Oats
  • 125 g Butter
  • 125 g Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Golden Syrup

Method:

  1. Heat the oven to 200C
  2. Mix all of the ingredients together
  3. Put the mix into a 20x20cm baking tin lightly greased with butter
  4. Press the mixture so it fills the corners and is flat in the tin
  5. Bake for roughly 15mins (until golden brown)

Note:

Add more or less golden syrup depending on how sticky you want the flapjacks to be. Also, I have a few more recipes on my blog (and will be adding many more as I try new things) which can be found here.
