I want to gain weight but do not now how to add many calories in my diet.

Hi all. Hope this is the right place to ask. I am a fairly skinny guy, 1.84 meters tall and weigh about 65kg. I searched a lot about gaining weight but a lot of it is about gaining muscles. I know it is probably better for me to train, but I think adding some weight in fat to my body is not a bad idea. I did read that eating a lot of calories is a good way of gaining weight, so I want to try that. What recipes are there to get a lot of calories in without eating a lot of unhealthy food? Also I am a college student so cheap recipes are preferred. Thanks in advance.
