Semi Cajun King Ranch Casserolle.

I would like to add a semi Cajun, Texan recipe. King Ranch Casserolle With crawfish Tails. Yummy. Sauce, cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup. Sour cream, red enchilada sauce, jack cheese and cheddar cheese. Corn tortillas and crawfish tails. Stack like a lasagna. Sauce at the bottom of the nonstick pan. Layer corn tortillas. Layer more sauce, cheese and crawfish tails. Repeat for two or three layers. Add more sauce on top and more cheese. Cover in foil and bake at 425 for 30-40 minutes until bubbling. Yum. Add what ever spices you like to the sauce mix to make it more, lagniappe.
